Ive been here a long-time and had awful acne all my life. Been on roac which cured my acne temporarily but it cane roaring back 2 years later. That was 10 yrs ago. Since ivr been using the regimen with varying success some massive breakouts every 3 weeks or so.

Until this year.

Maybe this is old hat to you all

I havent touch my face with any aspect of the front of my hands in about 3 months. No fingertips, no palmrests no itching, not even to apply BP. I use the side aspect of a well washed finger to do this.

If my face is itchy i scratch it with the backmy hand. Or even better with just quickly and gently while holding a clean cloth or other. Bed clothes if in bed. Tshirt if awake. Tissue if i have to.

But never ever with the palm aspect or defo never my finger nails

And im acne free for first time since ending roac. No other changes in diet or pills.

Still use bp. Not brave enough to stop that yet but maybe if im 6 mon acne free i will...
