Definitely a blackhead.

Looks like it. Anything potentially cancerous is usually more irregular in shape and more inflamed looking then what you have and evolves over time.

Totes a blackhead!

Have you had a go at squeezing that out? It would be so satisfying. I think it would pop right out, being a Blackhead
