This is my first time on here so I'm not exactly sure how this all works but.. I'm 16 and I have some pretty good knowledge on acne for my age I think, but I have many colorless bumps on my forehead, chin, jaw and temples. And I also have acne on my forehead, checks and chin. And no matter what I try I can't get rid of the little colorless bumps. I get acne facials and the lady who does them says I just need to exfoliate more but that doesn't seem todo much. What are they and how can I get rid of them?! I use murad face wash and a murad acne serum so I'm not using crapper product. Please help!!

Extractions will get rid of the clogs, but if you aren't doing something to actively treat the root cause, then you will keep getting new ones. Personally I believe a topical retinoid is the BEST solution for these types of pimples, and many people on here can attest to that. Visit a dermatologist and I reckon he/she will prescribe you one as well.
