Hey, can someone help me, please?
I've those little things only in my forehead, for four years.
I don't know if they are whiteheads or pimples.
They doesn't have inflamation too, neither pus.
I 've used salicylic acid, benzoly peroxide, adapelene and some other things that I don't remember now.
What are those things? Does anyone have this too? Or a way that I can get ride of them? Thanks.

PS: Sorry for the bad english, isn't my primary language.
The second photo is my face upsidedown, they appear more in thereby.

Black and whiteheads. It does not look bad at all. They can come if you sweat a lot etc.

Use an AHA creme at night at it will be better quickly. (If you have tried an AHA creme, try Benozyl Peroxide at night time together with AHA)

So this should be the routine at night
1) Cleans your face with a gentle cleanser
2) Use Benzoyl Peroxide
3) AHA creme on top of BP

Clogged pores. Adapalene gel should help it tbh since it is a retinoid, how long have you been using it?

Ps. I have this too.

Home remedies will never be the same as real products.

One thing you could do at home is an aspirine mask. But i will still say you need the right skin routine, as i wrote, which is the most important thing.

Moreover you can do lactic acid peels 25% on your forehead it will remove them quickly but your daily routine is still most important :) you can buy them on eBay.

And btw adapalene is not so good, Clindoxyl is number 1 of antibiotic cremes.

I've used clindoxyl too, but I give up faster,  maybe if I use it again?
I'll say it for a dermatologist when I go for a visit, where I live we need a medical prescription :(
How long takes for clindoxyl show results?
Thank again!!!

2-3 weeks i think it was, in my case.

Lactic acid peels will be good for you too, with quick results.
