So I'm a guy and I have fringe covering my forehead red marks, I don't have that much acne as I used to but damn I have full face covered in red marks, I am using BB cream tho so it gives me light coverage and I don't wanna go outside without make up :/ What do I doooooo?

Lactic acid 40% peel to reduce it. Do it weekly. Instructions on youtube.
