It's not that bad and you don't look horrible. The funny thing is, we all over-analyze and over-estimate our own conditions . I judge myself harshly but hardly judge others at all. I bet you have friends who have never noticed you had imperfections because they probably weren't looking for it. In some lighting, it is probably not even visible. Don't worry.
