I've always had acne problems on the forehead. I've helped it bywashing my face with a clarisonic twice a day. Anyway my forehead was completely smooth and soft on Friday then I wake up on Monday and all hell breaks loose on my forehead! Like 20 pimples! My question is why?? What causes this? Is it my diet? And what kind of acne is this because a lot of the bumps have white heads? Why do I have giant pores on my forehead? I had happened to take a pic of my forehead Friday because I was doing a before and after of my brows. Given I'm wearing make up but STILL. HELP ME
Hey,
I had this issue a few months back. This is what I learned and this is what helped me.
- Make sure if you put hair products in your hair, your hair is not touching your skin. Your hair carries tons of things that can cause breakouts.
- If you wear make up, make sure your washing your brushes or sponges once a week (more if they get icky).
- Make sure your changing your pillow case every other night. They carry tons of germs.
- Your forehead breaking out can be a direct link to your diet. Just like how chin breakouts are linked to hormonal imbalances. Make sure your drinking tons of water, staying away from dairy and eatingleafy greens.
Think about what you have been eating lately. Maybe something you ate triggered this. My breakout was linked to soy. I had just ate some tofu a few days earlier and my breakout looked just like this. So now I know not to eat soy every again. Maybe you can link something in your diet to this breakout and try and stay away from it from now on.
Hope this helps. 🙂

Okay thank you! I'm gonna thoroughly clean my make up brush, change my pillow case and go on a strict non-dairy diet. I also wonder if applying a Biore strip to my forehead would help unclog the pores?
