I've been very confused and have been researching for a month now on what pimple I have on my face...I still have not found a definite answer. I never used to shave but just trim my beard but beginning January of 2016, I had to start shaving for work. I have had this for almost 4 months now and I do not know what is it. I first though it was a Papule but some say it's a wart? I believe it happened from shaving as I have sensitive skin around the mouth area. I was wondering if someone can tell me what it is and how can I get rid of it before I visit a dermatologist. 

I tried popping it once but no puss, just became real red.
