Hi I need advice. I keep getting these pimples well I think they are pimples that turn horrible. One pop (I have to or they don't go anywhere) and it turns into this horrible downfall of events. It scabs and gets all nasty and will never heal over unless I remove these white "plugs" in the center. It's painful and my face is so scarred. I'm depressed from it. I've tried everything under the sun to clear it. It seems to be folliculitis but idk. Help please. 
I would visit a dermatologist because that does not look like acne to me. It kind of looks like Staph in my opinion.

It could be Folliculitus Staph. But, the best thing to do is to see a dermatologist or, at the very least, your family doctor if you are unsure.
I would definitely try to see a doctor or a dermatologists and stop picking at them right away! If tea tree helps, use it, but do stop picking, because it will cause scars. It's very very hard to analyse someone's skin based on a photo as it can be misleading. Try to get an appointment with a derm, or even your regular doctor if you can.
If nizoral helps it could be fungal. Keep doing what helps you until you see a professional who will know much more than we do 
And don't worry! They will help you get to the bottom of it and it will pass.
