Hello , I would like to know if there's a difference when you apply a moisturizer on damp or dry skin ..... I've heard it's best to apply it after a shower on damp skin because it absorbs better , is that true?
I think that is right. I am doing like that for a couple of years. Right after shower I apply toner then cream. I have no peeling on my skin and it looks better than before.
