Ok, some of this is speculation but it makes complete and total sense logically if you think about it. I really think this is as accurate as it gets.

Acne is said to be caused by all kinds of things, which is true but the real final real root reason humans get it is because
your body fails to communicate with the skin, your body meaning your hormones and immune system fail to communicate with the skin and that is why
Acne exists otherwise it wouldnt.

Hormones is what causes and stimulates sebum production and the immune system is what causes inflammation and in turn causing Acne.

Most often its because of surging hormones over stimulating sebum glands or skin that is too sensitive to these hormones, aka your hormones fail to communicate with the skin.

and lastly your immune system fails to understand that Acne is not deadly and attacks bacteria causing inflammation and a lot of misery. Some people have more active immune responses to the type of bacteria on their skin while others do not... in the end its your own body causing the red swollen pimple, its not the bacteria they are just innocent beings and every single human has millions if not more of Acne causing bacteria even if they have clear skin, thus I do not support antibiotics for Acne and it should be abolished.

Obviously the best treatment would be to focus on what I just stated, either reducing immune response to the skin or reducing the sebum (Accutane) in the skin, or even reducing hormones but that in my opinion is not a good long term fix because hormones fluctuate all the time. You simply need to reduce your sensitivity to hormones and reduce the response of your immune system for clear skin.

Acne is 80% genetic, the second you were concieved your DNA was set and you were either destined to have Acne or be blessed with clear skin having low sensitivity to hormones and low immune response to skin bacteria, thus everybody is different. Allergies that cause Acne are also genetic.
