Could you describe the spots on your face or upload a photo? If it's hyperpigmentation (acne marks), the scars may last weeks, even months. I'm not sure how else anyone on the forum can help unless you go into a little bit more detail and upload some photos if possible.

Hiya this is the place that probably is the worst of my acne, this is on my cheek. One of my cheeks is nearly clear and this one is horrendous. It's been there for even longer now and does not leave what do you think it is? I change my pillow cases. And on my clearer cheek there is 3 little spots that will not go and have been there the amount of time as the spots on my bad cheek.
