The only product I've tried that will actually draw a cystic pimple to a head is a brand sold at CVS called Beauty 360. It is the

Beauty 360 Detoxifying Perfecting Black Facial Mask

It will literally draw out all of the pus from your pimples, so, I would suggest only putting it on the pimples you wish to come to a head and use it as a spot treatment (or it will purge your whole face).

Just put a spot of it on the cystic pimple and let it dry. I recommend going to sleep with it on. When you wake up it should be surfacing. it usually take 2 night to fully come to a head.

Mine took 4 weeks to come to a head. And i still have it. ;(
