I'm 20 and I never really had a problem with acne growing up. But since the fall started I've been getting more pimples than usual and I have these tiny red dots on above my lip/under my nose and around my mouth. It won't go away!!! It's not pimples though. Also how can I help hormonal acne cause I get whiteheads during pms and it's so frustrating. In the summer I had flawless skin cause the sun helps me.  Idk if this is weather or hormone related.
