Otherwise, clean it ,ice it for 30secs. Apply bp, then an aha.

Finally drink loads of water tonight & tomorrow, and then go for a longjog tonight andtomorrow.

leave it alone. for real, do not squeeze it!
if it has a very noticeable whitehead you can do a google search on how to properly drain/pop it (hint: there's very little squeezing involved).

if it's red and swollen or painful you can do a cold compress with some bagged-up ice, that should help with the pain and the redness and the swelling.

Don't squeeze it, even if it turns into a white head, DO NOT. It will only make it bigger, trust me. I'm speaking from experience.
