I put toothpaste on a spot and it had a tiny white head so i decided to pop it and as i squeezed it the puss kept coming out. I squeezed it continuously for about an hour before putting more toothpaste on it and leaving it overnight. When i woke up i still had a lump on my face but it was a browny colour and had swelled up my cheek, it is still quite sore but the swelling has gone down. What can i do to heal this fast and how long will it take to heal?
