I Will Go Through Hell But Im Ready To Find The Cure To Acne For Us All!

Yes, thats right. In my lifes biggest quest/adventure and its to find a universial way to cure Acne. I have had pretty bad acne, loads of blackheads around my nose + cysts around my ears/back etc.

 

Its been five years still suffering and now I decide to do a major experiment for over a month. I will also keep you all updated.

 

I am going to do the ultimate, quit carbohydrates of all kinds completely except for extremely low glycemic foods like vegetables. I will even quit fruit because of fructose. I will quit DAIRY/MILK/CREAM/CHEESE/WHEAT completely no questions asked not even traces of dairy. I will ONLY eat Organic vegetables + meat and eggs. I also want to add I will completely quit the act of masturbation during this experiment and will only drink clean water (flouride free). I will high dose of omega3 + vitamin d3 and some B vitamins aswell with zinc for Acne.

 

Its gonna be hell, no sugar, no sweeteners, no carbohydrates, no dairy, no masturbation )=

 

Im doing this for all of us, im sick and tired now obviously I dont know if this is gonna work but Im gonna give it a shot since im so tired of Acne and the medication doesent even work. Please bear with me on this journey and my updates will also be 100% honest. I am just so sick of Acne and this is gonna be the hardest thing because I cant go without sugar for more than a day and same with masturbation. Guys please let us also pray for each other...!

 

Day 1, Today it all begins I will suffer so I can find peace! Now or never, life or death! Nobody deserves Acne may God have mercy upon us all!

Very interesting, I wish your quest well. Though on a side-note, I'm not sure why skipping masturbation has been included; maybe to not..er, indulge in the act of satisfying one's hormones? You tell me, I suppose. But since you're opting to see how diet will effect your personal episode of acne, do update on your results! I've taken to much reading on diet - acne relation and it seems most studies are inconclusive, save maybe dairy being the only factor that might impact acne, though we all are skeptical as to whether salt, sugar, and even wheat or white processed breads have an affect (the last two kind of contradict, don't you think). Anyway, good luck!

Thanks, yeah and the reason i included quiting masturbation is because it in the long run balances out sex hormones and a lot of nofap followers are seeing positive results in their acne but obviously nofap is only a small puzzle piece, I think the diet will have the most effect and yes I will also reduce intake of iodine added to salt which can aggrevate acne. Lets just see how everything turns out.

I'm on the same strict diet for 7 months now, I haven't had sugar, dairy, chips, fast-food, oceanic fish, high glycemic index food, corn, eggs, bananas, grapes, nuts, almonds, soda, sweets, pizza, pasta, potatoes etc. at all. It's going great, but my dermatologist said I have to keep this diet for my whole life and I don't want to. Good luck, you might need a few months to see some changes.

Thats all good but why no eggs? Eggs have no carbs only fat and protein of the best quality and a shitload of vitamins that help acne. Everytime I eat ecological free hen eggs I can see a difference in my skin for the positive. Everybodies body is different but eggs help my acne meanwhile milk ruins it. Also some nuts are really good aswell like walnuts have almost no carbs and only good healthy fats for the brain and protein. At the end of the day atleast for me diet is a major factor in my acne and anything high glycemic does break me out something ive realised after years of experience. Afterall if u think about it our food and water is what makes/sustains our bodies, its flesh, its bones, its skin etc

I went to a doctor and he told me that the cure to Acne is a super excellent immune system and he said sugar destroys the immune system. He said that all types of fat is good and that kolesterol in eggs are extremely good for the body and said that I need to eat more vegetables + fats and get high doses of omega 3, a lot of vitamin D3, and I asked him about if its true that masturbation can cause Acne and he said that Masturbation itself doesent cause Acne but everytime you ejaculate you lose "life giving nutrients" and the reason is its completely unnatural to masturbate several times a week beacuse in the "caveman world" that would never happen and your body wouldnt have to strain itself producing way more sperm than it should. I asked about Coffe and Alcohol he said both are good in "very small doses" he said without a doubt Alcohol and coffe can cause Acne because its hard on the liver but that in small amounts it can even help. He told me that the key is balance, balance in diet, balance in hormones, balance in life.

 

But he did say I should try this diet before going on hardcore drugs like accutane. He did tell me I could have some sugar but under 5 teaspoons a day and he told me I could have carbohydrates like brown rice, sweet potatoes since they are low in glycemic index. He said Acne is caused by extremely many different causes so nobody can truly know 100% what is the cause of all acne since everyone is different.

 

But he did tell me for sure 100% that insulin spikes do cause Acne no doubt about it, So I asked him if testosterone causes Acne and he said No, testosterone actually makes you more attractive and increases the speed of Acne healing but it is true that if your body overproduces and converts testosterone into DHT it will lead to some mild acne but it cannot be blamed for severe Acne.

 

So far, Insulin spikes has been proven to be extremelly bad for the body and can cause Acne so limiting sugar is good.

yeah, I could do with limiting sugar and high glycemic index food, but my derm said I have to cut them out completely for my whole life, something I don't want to do. my next step I think it will be Roaccutane, but I guess I'll try at least a month of slowly introducing the food I haven't ate all these months back in my diet. the worst part is that my acne might not be cured, and it could come back even a few months later after starting to eat my normal diet again.

Man honestly this is day 2 and already I see good improvments but the ultimate truth is this is a completely miserable way to live not being able to eat almost anything haha or even drink.... Its just sad our genes kinda fucked us but honestly I do believe that a strong body can fight off Acne much more easily and in life u gotta be strong. You know Acne back in the day while it did exist was extremely rare but the conditions of today our food has literally been starved off nutrition and antioxidants and all our deodrant/hair wax/makeup or whatever contains toxins wait I forgot the food we eat today contains toxins.... take for example Cancer, it was not something popular really but now with all radiation and toxins our DNA is damaged. Did you know having your mobile phone in your pocked besides your testicles can reduce testosterone by up to 30% and cause sperm damage (especially if wifi is also on and bluetooth and all that stuff).

 

Honestly take roaccutane for sure if you have severe Acne because Acne can really ruin your life, trust me I know five year experience with painful cysts )= I havent taken any hardcore drugs because im still 18 so maybe its just hormones but yeah... gl man I wish only the best for you.

Yeah, not being able to eat and drink whatever you want sucks, I managed 7 months of this diet and I could go further, but unfortunately I can't be sure my acne will be gone when I go back to eating everything. Anyway, good luck to you too, hopefully it works out ;D
