How To Remove Inflamed Acne?

I have a inflamed acne on the tip of my nose. Its been about a month and my toner and vaseline blue tag dosnt do much.

 

When i use a clean glove and touch it, it just sinks in like its empty but dosnt want to go away.

 

help. Any tips?

icing, apple cider vinegar, and a bentonite clay definitely shrunk my inflammed acne by a tremendous amount. It takes a while for it to go completely away for myslef though.
