i also get sometimes stuff like this on my nose, even now, on low dose accutane. i think these are very small whiteheads - no need to pop them, in my case they go away quickly on their own but maybe it's because accutane dries them up. it's a good idea to put something drying on them. i use zinc paste - it dries up small zits overnight. i know it doesn't work for some people, you can always try benzoyl peroxide, it's stronger, even though may be more irritating.
