Yeah it's a combo my cheeks are normal my T zone is pretty oily.

The toner I use from Eminence Organic Skin Care is so hydrating (non-alcohol based) that I don't need a moisturizer after the fact. I only use it at night because wearing a moisturizer at night is too heavy for me. I do not use the toner before applying my makeup, only the moisturizer. So... it all depends on the ingredients in your toner.
