Medicated Cleanser After Skin Clears Up?

So, I've just began using Panoxyl 10% foaming cleanser in hopes of it clearing up my moderate acne. But something I've been wondering, since it is a somewhat drying cleanser, if there is no need to use such a strong cleanser once my skin is clear, what should I use then? Like, a normal face cleanser? Or should I use something with a milder BP%? I would hate to cut it out of my regimen just to flare up with acne again.

Thanks! :)

The acne is likely to return. It's the medication that helps hence using a "normal" cleanser won't help fight the acne. I've not had much luck from medicated cleansers.. Your really better off with a treatment that stays on the face and fights the bacteria rather than a cleanser that is more or less washed down the sink.

10% panoxyl cleanser is very harsh. If your acne is localised to a certain spot on your face this is another good reason to use a treatment rather than a medicated cleaner as its only attacking a certain area rather than drying out your whole face.
