So I have had this pimple for 3 weeks and I gave in and popped it with a needle and got a bunch of pus out.. I kinda went a little crazy and probably squeezed it way too far. Now there is an open wound on one end of the pimple (it's a long odd shaped pimple) and the blood has crusted over causing a little bit of a scab. However, I still feel like on the other end of the pimple where I didn't poke there is pus and whatnot still left inside it. It's a terrible red color and slightly bruised from all the squeezing. I currently have Neosporin all over it. What do I do?
Update: it keeps refilling with pus every time I squeeze more out. I don't want to keep squeezing it but I don't want to trap the pus in there forever!! the open wound isn't really a scab because I am keeping it moist so it feels like blood/clear fluid and pus is always dripping out. Should I try to dry out the pimple instead with BP? or is it better to keep it moist?
I have this exact same problem right now! 
It's on my upper lip so it's especially sensitive. Every time it starts to go away (after the scab falls off) it comes back again. I've tried putting spot treatment on it several times, which does nothing. Somebody please answer this question!
