Hi all,

I am starting football quite soon and am worried about acne. I was hoping to get some reassurance/help.

What I currently do when I get home after practice (5-10 mins usually) is wash my face with a deep cleaning cleanser. After I wipe my face with a medicated salicylic acid cleansing pad. Then I moisturizer. Then I spot treat pimples with BP.

Please tell me if it will work this season. I need help. Thanks!

That sounds like a good regimen to me, except - if you plan to wash again before you go to bed, you might want to just wash off sweat and dirt and moisturize after practice, than follow through with your full regimen at night. That regimen may be too harsh to repeat more than 2 times a day (assuming you do it in the morning). Or more than once in the evening (if you do something different in the morning).
