These are dried out acne spots. I have makeup over them. But I was just wondering if there was anything I could do to get these to heal fast? I've been putting neosporin and diaper rash cream on them. I just want them to look semi decent when I stick on my makeup instead of looking so dry. I don't know if there is anything more I can do. I just feel like this is what everyone is staring at when they see me. I just want them gone. Thank you in advance for your help.
