Hi, when I was roughly 14, a short while after my catholic confirmation, my forehead erupted so severely with acne and redness that it looked like Stalin had implemented his Scorched Earth policy all over the top half of my face. This was a break-out so severe that it single-handedly annihilated all chance of attaining happiness and pleasure in my adolescent years. Now, during the confirmation ceremony, the priest anoints your head with a pretty thick gob of oil. Looking back, I don't recall washing my face after the ceremony. Was it the anointing oil that caused the breakout? Is not washing my face that day the single fatal moment to which I can trace back all of my current woes? Appreciate any light you guys can shed.

About how long after the ceremony did this happen?
what kind of oil was it? Which kind of oil depends on what may have happened, and also the quality should be good if it is anointing oil. Has anything stressful happened recently or just in general anything big happen? Like eating a lot of unhealthy foods, envrionment etc;?
