So i was working yesterday outside and it was super hot. I was sweating all day and i got home and noticed i had a few little white heads did not really pay attention to them as it was not that bad. The next day I woke up and had around 50 small little white heads all around my mouth, some on my neck, on my nose, and on my chin. It looked as if someone got a paint brush and made small white dots all around my face. Has anyone had any similar experience with this, could it have been that i was sweating a lot and it was super hot outside that it played a role?

P.S The derm had me on monocycline and i ran out of it about 3 days before. Could that have also played a role in me breaking out this much?
