What are the white plug looking things in my pores? Are they sebaceous filaments? They are more visible after shower or washing, and there's more of them in this area. They become less apparent as the day goes on. This area is also iterated easily and tends to feel dehydrated after morning shower if not moisturized. I can keep them in check if I wash my face at night with a wash cloth but if I don't use one they seem to multiply. Thanks
Yes - it's a mixture of dead skin cells, sebum, and white blood cells. If you are talking about inflammed acne, the white stuff is white blood cells (aka, pus).
That sounds about right, yeah it's not the white heads those are gone now. just the clogged pore stuff. I can wash it off with a wash cloth but it comes back with in a day. Is there a better solution? Thanks
