Okay so for around the last 3-5 month I have been getting these small little lumps on my neck they usually just stay there for 3-5 days then start to go down but are very painful. However the ones on the back if my neck are worse and are like small bumps that are tender and sometimes leak.

What are they? How and why do I get them? And what can I do to get rid of them
