Okay so I always start with these little bumps then around after a week they start to form into cysts and if 2 are near each other they merge together. They're always on my neck area and not directly on my face. Have been suffering with them for around a year now and they just don't stop, do u have any solutions I.e supplement or dietary changes, currently 2 months 2 fairly free and 1 week gluten free, Thanks
