I've had acne every since I was 12 (2011), and it's been rather constant. The worst it ever got (and has continued to stay so) was November 2014 when a bunch of papules and large, headless pimples started to pop up. All the papules continued to stay on my face no matter what, and my acne isn't really improving either; it's getting worse. My cheeks are completely covered, my forehead is starting to get bad again, and my chin has a bunch of blackheads on it, as well as my back have acne.
