When I heard about TTO, I thought it was ridiculous. If harsh synthetic chemicals, acids, antibiotics, and sulfur couldnt cure my acne, how the hell can some oil cure my oily face? But one day i stumbled upon TTO from the body shop, it was already diluted enough, so I tried the spot treatment, and it worked pretty well, however it only healed and didnt prevent. So instead of making my own "Organic tea tree oil concoction" I decided to buy the TTO kit from the body shop, You could make your own by going on youtube or finding other kits but this was the most convenient. I have been on it for three weeks and I have seen my redness, swelling, pain and number of acne on my face go down. From 5 medium sized pimples and dozens of tiny bumps, down to a few small-med sized pimples and almost no papules. The tamanu oil within the tea tree lotion also helped reduce swelling and pain. Even though I do still get acne, I dont feel the agonizing pain of it anymore. It is manageable and my skin looks better than ever.

TL:DR: For those who pushed aside tea tree oil because it seemed useless, you should give it a try, may be a lifesaver. (TTO is a little drying, but I do have oily skin so its alright for me)

One simple ingredient and one simple kit affected me more than acids, chemicals, sulfur and antibiotics combined
