When will it ever end?

I recently cleared my acne using the Elta MD acne treatment with a green tea moisturizer I found on the web. For the first six months it was great, my skin was looking better than ever and my skin was never oily. Like never oily. It was as if I had normal functioning skin. The green tea seemed to be a good job of limiting by oil production.

Well now, I have a new issue. Each morning that I wake up my skin looks like this (see attached). This probably has to do with the long winter we have had, but its starting to warm up and my skin is still dry. Now, I would take dry skin over acne any day, but the dry skin has to stop.

Any advice?
