Just recently I have have broken out all over my forehead in pimples. They are small, tiny little blemishes and they seem to be clustered together. I have never broken out on my cheeks or nose, and I get the occasional zit on my chin during my period. My skin is clear and smooth on my cheeks and chin, but my forehead is going crazy with these small little zits and I have no idea what is causing it, or what to do to treat it. They don't come to a head, they are just little tiny bumps.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this, and what I can do to eliminate them? Any comment would be helpful. I was thinking about trying the baking soda exfoliator and mask because I heard that is good for blackheads, but I don't know if what I have is considered to be a blackhead?

Any advice?!
