So ive been taking Cod liver oil supplements for about 3 months now in hopes that it will reduce my acne, but i guess it doesnt work. I wanted to try some vitamins or zinc maybe. I dont know. Which vitamin supplement should i take?
I am 21 male and im in college right now with a lots and lots of stress. ive been breaking out like crazy since six months now and nothing seems to work.
i have acne mostly in the cheeks, small white pimples that leave red acne scars .. :/
So , should i try taking vitamin supplements?

I take a teaspoon of Carlson's cod liver oil per day, 1 zinc pill per day, and 1 90 billion cfu probiotic per day. I've been doing this for about 2 months now and and it decreased my inflammatory acne a lot (still get clogged pores though)
Also zinc has been proven in studies to decrease inflammatory acne by 50% over 12 weeks.
