I'm so sorry if this is a stupid question, I've just never had a pimple so painful I can feel it in my bone. I've had "deep" pimples before that hurt to touch but this one aches even when I'm not touching it. Is it a cyst? What can I do about it? Wait for it to go away? Thanks 
sure sounds like it...some say ice, some say heat....ibuprofen helps orally, typically not much helps topically as it's so deep
if it continues to grow and is very painful get into your derm for a kenalog injection, truly the only thing that takes the inflammation away from the inside...it hurts but that's temporary, within 24 to 48 hours it will be much smaller
