I want to work out but with the hormonal acne and oily skin that ive acquired in the last 4months thanks to antidepressants I can't stop thinking about face washing:

-should I wash my face before I work out? After? What if I can't full out wash my face after working out, are there any good face wipes? If I washed my face before and after that would be 4 times a day..wouldn't that make my skin more oily?

*I feel like ive developed an ocd.

I personally wash my face after I work out. Yes, your right about your face getting more oily the more it's washed. I mostly wash my face 2 times in a day, 3 times at most and my face is wayy less oily than it was when I used to over wash it. Oh yeah this is important, make sure you never leave sweat to dry up on your face, always towel it as soon as possible. I swear every time I left sweat on my face to dry, I broke out moments after.
