You here. When I was a teen had the breakout. But after my teens. I been clear. Occasional small pimple here and there. . It just makes me

Sad. I been clear then out of no where I breakout this bad. I'm not

Sure how bad or what kind of acne. I went to my doctor. Gave me clindoxyl and minocyline. Just started it. I eat 80 percent clean. Green drinks every AM. Workout. Building muscle. I'm not sure what happened. It's sad. i don't know if minocyline and clindoxyl is even working it's been almost 2 weeks. It's like getting worst. Anyone know does those two meds make it worst before it gets better ? Should I be on accutanne? I won't

Any type of topical regimen needs a 3 month break in period before you should expect to see positive changes. If after 3 months you are not improving, time to adjust or change things.

I am sorry that you are going through this - it honestly sucks. Are you taking any muscle gainers that may have dairy or hormones in them? Dairy is notorious for bringing on acne for some so Whey can be a big no-no. Sometimes excessive workouts can exasperate issues as well.

Look at the info from the site and hopefully you'll find something that helps.

Regarding accutane, it should be a last resort after you've tried several topicals, antibiotics (which i would not recommend) and diet changes.
