Hi!

I was prescribed duac by my doctor and have been using it for 20 days now with no problem other than slight redness and dry/ flaky skin.

My regime is as follows:

Use cetaphil cleanser an hour before i apply duac, go to sleep and then wash of what's left.

However yesterday i bought the cetaphil moisterizing cream and took a day off duac and just used the cream to help with the dryness from duac.

This morning I woke up with extremely red and blotchy skin all over my face, it is quite itchy and really warm to the touch, has this happened to anyone else? What shall I do? :( please help and thank you

I've had allergic reactions to skincare products before. Taking an antihistamine like benadryl helps.

NP! One time I tried a mandelic peel and my face turned red and puffed up like a chipmunk. Then benadryl helped.
