Hi,

I am a new member, 21 years. I have never had really problems with pimple, but out of nowere I got the biggest breakout I have ever witnessed?

My skincare routine;

Day;

Face wash

SPF 30 Creme+Moisturizer

Night:

Face wash

Toner

Serum

Nightcreme

And once a week exfoliate + BHA treatment.

All my products are from Paula's Choice which have been working superb for me.

I also drink 2+ liter water a day, change my sheets weekly, do not pop pimples nor touch them with my fingers, before I apply facewash I was my hands with disinfecting soap, I pat my skin dry, I clean my phone with alcohol weekly and I eat a variety of fruit.

A week ago I had 0 pimples, and suddenly these few days I have gotten a ton of pimples. It started with one, and now it has expaned to one million.

I work at the airport and see a thousand of people a day I can't work like this right now I use tea tree oil for my pimples but it is not helping..

See before and after pics

Sorry to hear that. Your acne does not seem so bad at all. You are a vert handsome guy.

Maybe get Mario Badescu Buffering lotion to spot treat for situations like that? I would think about your diet prio to the breakout. Good luck!

First of all, take a big, deep breath. That is not severe acne.

Second of all, go the drugstore and buy some PanOxyl or another spot treatment with Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5%. At night, wash your face with your normal cleanser. Gently. Use clean hands. Then, apply a thin layer of BP over the areas affected. Give it a minute or two. Apply moisturizer. Skip the serum and toner for now. You don't want to shock your skin.

The next morning, do your normal morning routine. In the evening, use the BP. Repeat this. You should notice results in a few days.

I'm sorry to hear about your skin. There are many factors that could cause acne. Poor diet, lack of exercise or even stress could cause sudden break outs on your skin. I would suggest that you look back if there was any lifestyle changes recently that you have made as it could help in factoring out what triggers your acne. Also, if you are planning to use Tea Tree Oil, do not use the product at 100% but dilute it from up to 5-10%. Tea Tree Oil is pretty harsh on the skin if used at full strength. Good luck!

Hi, thanks for the replies.

I do not use 100% tea tree oil, I have this product called ''Tea tree chi pimple stick.'' It's a stick with jojoba, lavendel, helicryse, kajeput and geranium.

I do have Benzonylperoxide Hydrogel 5% PCH. I shall try the methods above.

Should I combine the stick with the Benzonylperoxide, or just one product at a time on the pimples?

Thanks guys, it's almost gone by now. I am not using the Benzonylperoxide Hydrogel anymore since the back says it can bleach hair and pillows so I don't really feel comfortable to have such a strong product on my face for days.

I used it for 2 days and now I am just using my normal regime again except no exfoliating and BHA treatment yet since I have very dry skin and the product made my skin drier then a dust bowl..

I think it'll need another 3-4 days from now and it'll be gone
