Been a lurker for awhile here. Finally gonna (wo)man up and ask for some advice from you guys.

I'm 23 and have cystic acne along the jawline that is extreeeeemely stubborn. I've tried everything, including medicinal, hormonal, and dietary therapies; some help for a bit, some not at all, others I can't tolerate. So I'm looking to try Accutane, but I know that skin thinning is a side-effect and that is quite off-putting for me because I already have very thin fair skin. So thin that you can see the veins beneath my eyes and on other delicate parts of my body, for example. So my question is for this who either have similar skin to mine or have taken Accutane--did you find that your skin remained thinner after treatment? Did it return to normal? Any answers would be greatly appreciated!
