Recently got this pimple on my forehead and after about a day it ended up looking like this (see pictures).

Basically it looks like a whitehead because the center looks white except that the entire thing is flat and the area around it is red, but that's probably from the acne medcation i put on it overnight to try to dry it out.

My question is, what should I do? Pop it (just try to get the white crap out of it) , dry it out, or just leave it alone?

Any answer is appreciated I hate having this thing directly centered in my forehead it looks really stupid lol. Thanks
