I've read a few posts saying that tap water may be the source for the acne.

Thinking about it I figured out that when I wash my face I have redness and pimples

but when I don't wash it at all it looks ten times better.. but it gets really oily after two days so I have to wash it

what can I do to see if the tap water is causing my acne? what other source of water can I use or how can I clean it?

or maybe its your cleanser? I was using even the mildest cleanser (cetaphil), and when I stopped using it and just washed my face with water only, my oiliness went away.

Maybe the bacteria contributing to your pimples is in your nasal fluid. When you wash your face, you are more likely to spread that bacteria around. When you don't touch your nose or don't wash your face, the bacteria don't have the opportunity to spread.

so you simply do not wash your face at all?
