Okay so i'll try to be fast. I'm 18 years old 185 cm 80 kg
I tried this earlier and it worked but i still couldn't hang on it, so basically just don't drink over half glass a milk a day i mean basically i eliminated all dairy. I know its hard it sucks, i do basketball five times a week and kickboxing twice it is really hard to get protein and stuff but i guess its worth for my face really...
Okay so i have been using benzoyl peroxide just on night times i put it on my face with a moisturizer and on morning i wash it off and put my normal lotion.
Yeah acne sucks trust me i didn't want it either it controlled my life in many ways it made me sometimes freak out and just stay home not to go out and at parties when i drunk for 2 days i can say, o my fucking god my face was breaking out... But i guess its cause of sugar and dairy and this will be hard but i think it will just take its time to go.
So basically just eliminate all dairy and sugar for 1 week, including cheese butter eggs protein, i myself eat tuna and mackerel for my protein pretty much it, i think its worth it tbh.
Well now since i dont have more than 2 pimples on my face so i think its hella worth it, here you go
