OMG the way this post is written makes me laugh. But i do agree with you. For me Finacea has worked very well at fading hyper pigmentation.

Mine fade very quickly. If you have a reasonably high metabolism and eat healthily (paleo) your skin will turn over quickly, which will allow the dermis to be replaced at a faster rate.

Usually about a week. I am clear, from accutane., which reduces my healing rate. I have no scarring or red marks. My coloration is reddish from accutane, but is normally pale. My acne was mostly moderate but often included deep cysts when I was eating poorly.

What does healthy mean to you?

so is reddishness going away now or no?
were u on paleo during acutane either?
how many yrs/months did u hv acne before acutane?
wht was eating poorly for u?
how i eat atm:
home made food: steamed or stewed veggies,
greens sometimes (p rarely lately)
fresh veggies (tomato, cucumber)
fruits sometimes,
sometimes egg,
butter, evoo,
humoss (beans, oil, spices)
100% oringe juice or carrot juice (no sugar added)
chicken, canned fish sometimes (i hv omega 3 pills)
soup (chicken broth, veggies)
drink green tea, hibiskus tea now, water (no sugar added)
sometimes rye bread + pigs lard (ew lol bt saturated fats n whatnot)
from time to time somekinda treat
practically no grains and no dairy (cept rye bread or if im out in town im gona get wrap n theres lavash of wheat a bit) nd cept if mom makes salad with sour cream (rarely) bt other than tht no milk or else
(im like 80-90% free of them n they dnt affect me)

Diet looks great. I'm still on accutane so the reddishness is still here, but I have no doubt it will go away. I do basically paleo but I consume a lot of fermented dairy. I recommend yogurt as it is highly insulinogenic and will increase the turnover rate of your skin.

Vitamin D can potentially help as well, as can mild sun damage/tanning.

Many vitamins take ages to accumulate (like vitamin D), so keep going strong with the diet and you may see improvement with time.

hmm could it b the vit d3 problem? i did a blood test some days ago n turned out im deficient in d3 (30.1) well actualy its said 30-100 is normal bt my aunt said im deficient -_- n im nt sure cos 30 is p far from 100 :/

ah yea i dnt wanna tan btw, cant stand sun either, i wanna get this hydroquinine if it works n get pale.....just without the fuking redness everywhere n spots ofc!
