How's it going everybody?

I write to you guys today as a returning member to the community. I used to be a poster here, when my acne started to get better I kind of faded off of the forums. Recently my acne has started to spike again and I need help! I'm a twenty year old mechanic from the northeast. Obviously it's a very filthy job, but I do my best to stay clean.

I've tried over the counter regimens, and prescription medications, but nothing has ever seemed to work. You guys may consider my acne light, but it's a big deal to me as it holds me back from participating in a lot of different activities.

I also have acne on my upper shoulders. That's a little more severe than my facial acne. I just don't know how to manage it.

I was considering Dan's Regimen, but I'm looking for an all natural alternative - whether that be a bought regimen or home bought goods.

I don't eat a lot of dairy, and I try to keep my sugars stable. I wash my face twice a day.

I'll leave some pictures for you guys, let me know if you know any good alternatives.

1) Sulfur Soap. Any brand will do (as long as there isn't lanolin,) but there's a great brand called Dr Kaufman's Sulfur Zinc Oxide- antiseptic, antikerolytic, healing. You can find it on eBay.

2) Radiance MSM/Bromelain (that's sulfur and enzyme) cream on Amazon as leave on as all over medication/moisture.

3) Pure aloe for anything that's raw or dry.

4) As a mask or spot treatment- and I always forget this, a board member recently reminded me- rub banana peel all over your face. You can sleep in it. It's potassium rich- an astringent that soothes inflammation.

Start there. If you don't clear up in a week, and I'd be shocked if you didn't, I can offer additional recommendations.
