Meanwhile, you should definitely not be poking them with a needle. They don't look infected at the moment, but even a disinfected needle could introduce bacteria. Your skin looks rather oily - it could be that this is causing the problem. You say you've used tea tree, benzoyl peroxide, salcylic acid - a facewash, cream, mask? This will make a difference. Also, whatever treatment you use, if it is an acne related issue you will need to use the treatment consistently for about 8 weeks normally to see the difference.
