I often times notice when I get a pimple I will get a few in the same area of my face at the same time. It seems to me that this would have to mean something but I am not sure what to make of it. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I'm not sure but I think it might be from touching them and spreading bacteria. I do that a lot especially with Zineryt as I like to feel how much they are drying up even if I know I shouldn't.
