Hi Stacey, it looks like clogged pores that are turning into inflamed acne (albeit small inflammed acne) . My post BP breakouts started like that too. Whether or not it is hormonal is a question I cant answer. If BCP helped you before then more likely than not it is. I would recommend you go see a derm as they have prescription options that will be more potent than drug store stuff.
Keep us posted.

thanks Sashca.
I will keep you posted. I am using the Priori stuff at night along with BP still..so I am still using BP but then I'm unsure if using it along aide the AHA PRiori cleanser is a good idea. I don't know.
BCP is still on my mind..I do breakout alot before my period but its not like lots of cysts only a few of those, its mostly this type of stuff.
That looks similar to what I have. You have to pull the corners of your mouth up to really see it.
I went to the derm and he recommended Aqua Glycolic Toner to use as a face wash. It's OTC at the pharmacy. This helped me A LOT! Also, he told me not to use any moisturizer. I guess a lot of people with acne don't use lotion, but I always have and I realized that it wasn't helping my situation.
Hmm...but I always used moisturiser even when my skin was clearer about three months ago! And plus, my skin is VERY dry. I need it.
Don't you find your skin really dry ElegantSurf?
At first, my skin was definitely dry. Then after about 5 days I started getting used to it and now my skin feels the same as when I was moisturizing.
I can only say from my own experience. My skin is not clear now, but it is better than before. I can't isolate what is making it better, so I'm just going to stick with this routine for now.
I would advise people to stop moisturizing for like a week to see if you like it. If you don't like it you can always go back, so it's worth a try. Also, it doesn't cost any money to cut something OUT of your routine, which I like, lol.
