Ever since I was 15 I've had acne. I've never had a severe case, but it's really frustrating. I would like to have a acne free skin for once. I'm now 22 and I'm starting to date, in my pictures I always have to use the effect on the camera, so my horrible pimples don't show up.
Right now my acne isn't really that bad as it was 3 years ago, but it was soooo much better last month. I'm using AcneFree Oil-Free Acne Cleanser in the morning, and Clearisil Ultra Acne + Marks Daily Scrub.
I use AcneFree Terminator and Desitin to dry some pimples (not at the same time obviously, some times I use then other the other one)
Once a week I use Indian Healing Clay (Every time I use it my skin feels so smooth!)
I've been starting to eat coconut oil since apparently people say, it helps you somehow.
My actual real problem I'm having right now are some very little tiny bumps i got on my forehead and my checks from all of the sudden. I must mention that I was too exposed to the sun early this month, and I've been thinking that's the cause. These won't go away no matter what. I would be very please if I can get rid of these at least.
Your acne isn't to bad man have you tried proactive or anything like that?
If salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide don`t work that well for you maybe try something with tea tree oil or sulphur. Right now I really like clearasil tinted acne cream that has sulphur. The other non tinted one doesn`t. I`ve noticed stuff with sulphur in them are kind of hard to find but most places carry that. I wouldn`t mix it with those other products though.
The only treatment that has always cleared my acne every time is AcneFree Severe Acne Clearing System. I'm not joking my face starts to clear up every time I start using that treatment. Other creams and lotions don't do much for my skin, Salicylic Acid works at times, but not on my face only in body areas like back, shoulders and chest.
The only thing that I just can't rid of are those little tiny skin colored bumps that I believe are called clogged pores. I have a scrub cream and been using it for a week, but doesn't extract or reduces them. I didn't have them last month, in fact my skin was very smooth whenever I touched or massaged it when I washed it, now it feel all dull rugged because those bumps.
