Help! Pityrosporum Folliculitis Or Closed Comedones!

Hi everyone, hope can anyone help with my problem. 28 years, female with the history of moderat to severe acne. I used birth control pills to control my hormonal acne. On January i decided to get off pills, because I am planning next year to have baby. My skin was clear til April. After that my skin condition got worse. Small tiny bumps under skin appeared on my two cheeks, some of them became imflamed big cyts (nodule). I didnt use any topical treatmets, i thought i just broke up because my period is coming. As time going, these small bumps under skin (closed comedones?) are spreading more and more. I decide to go to derm to get help. She prescribed me Clarytromycin 500 mg once a day, duac gel in the morning and differin in the night. After 1 week of using this regimen, i got IB, i broke out bad with 4-5 cyts until now (on 4th week), hope it will be better. That doesnt bother me much, but that small tiny bumps are more and more, spread from cheeks to chin, jaw line, and became more visible. My skin is super only, but using combo like duac and differin my skin should be dry and peel. But i dont have nothing of these. Really weird. Yesterday i read form some post in this formu that sometimes pityrosporum folliculitis could be misunderstand as closed comedones. Using antibiotics will spread them more. I am afraid that could be my case and am using the wrong treatmet. I attaced the photo. Hope can any who have dealt with this problem or have same problem can help. Thanks so much.

I think I might the same thing too pls wer you able to get rid of the tiny bumps and if yes how pls
